General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
If a room is booked and the reservation is confirmed by the hotel, a guest accommodation contract has been concluded. A guest accommodation contract can be concluded verbally or in writing.
Sounds annoying and is annoying. For everyone! It's a pity if a room remains free although other guests would have liked to book. Our request: Please inform us in good time, preferably in writing! We do not accept any claims for cancellations up to 35 days before arrival. For cancellations at shorter notice, the following claims will be made:
34th - 28th day before the day of arrival: 50% of the total price
27th - 15th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the total price
14th - 7th day before the day of arrival: 70% of the total price
From the 6th day before the day of arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
Unless you can prove that no or less damage has been incurred.
