Our Restaurant


Dinner is served! You can enjoy regional haute cuisine in our hotel restaurant. We make sure to purchase high-quality produce with short delivery routes. We source the meat we prepare either from our own hunting grounds or from farms or butcheries we know well.

We use regional produce, fruits and vegetables to serve our guests the fresh taste of the Eifel.
Our restaurant is open for you:

Thursday to Saturday from 6 pm
and on Sunday from 12 noon to 3 pm and again from 6 pm.

We offer a catering service of various arrangements for private occasions or corporate events at the Nürburgring. Our guests and clients can confidently leave us in charge of the food and drink for their event and enjoy their downtime in the VIP lounge, the workshop or at home with family and friends.
